DIY Electronic Swing Kit DC 5V Colorful LED Effect Electromagnetic Induction Teaching Practical Training Welding Exercise Parts
DIY Electronic Swing Kit DC 5V Colorful LED Effect Electromagnetic Induction Teaching Practical Training Welding Exercise Parts
Features:
1. Swing adjustment: The electronic swing can control the amplitude, speed, and frequency of swing through the acrylic shell, making the swing more stable and comfortable.
2. Energy saving and environmental protection: The electronic swing is powered by electricity, which has higher energy efficiency and lower energy consumption compared to traditional mechanical swings.
3. Strong adaptability: The electronic swing can adjust the swing amplitude and speed according to the needs of different users.
4. Stable and reliable: After 24 hours of uninterrupted testing, the swing is stable and reliable, and has low power consumption.
5. Dazzling LED lighting effects: Dazzling LED lighting effects, freely controlling LED flowing lights.
6. Adjustable swing amplitude: If the swing amplitude is too small, the Hall sensor can be slightly tilted forward, or the height of the acrylic can be adjusted to increase the swing amplitude.
7. Widely applicable: It can be used to learn electronic circuits, cultivate hands-on skills, and can also be used for school teaching or electronic enthusiasts to self learn electronic technology assembly and use.
Parameter:
Kit Name: Electromagnetic Swing Kit
Working power supply: USB to DC-5V
Working voltage: DC 5V
Standby current: turn off the water flow light at 13-15mA/turn on the water flow light at 22-26mA
Working current:
Turn off the flow light at 16-80mA (the larger the swing, the greater the operating current)
Turn on the flowing light at 25-100mA (the larger the swing, the greater the working current)
PCB length: 56.8x83.9mm+40x14mm
Instructions for use:
Attention: If the swing cannot swing, do not place the magnet on top of the coil for a long time when powered on, otherwise Hall will continue to conduct, and L1 magnetic levitation coil will conduct for a long time, approaching a wire. Q1 conduction can also appear like a wire, which is prone to short circuiting of positive and negative poles and burning out the power supply.
If this situation occurs, please turn off the power and troubleshoot using the following steps:
(1) Check the circuit soldering situation for any issues such as continuous soldering, virtual soldering, etc
(2) Adjusting the forward tilt angle of the Hall sensor
(3) Adjusting the height of acrylic
(4) Adjusting the distance between the magnet and the Hall sensor
(5) Observe the direction of the magnet, whether the wiring of the magnetic levitation coil is correct, and whether the Hall sensor is inserted upside down
(6) The iron shaft fixed on the acrylic plate must not be loose. Adjust the leakage length of the iron shaft in a timely manner, place the magnet on top of the coil, and the three-way shaft on the other side can be appropriately relaxed to ensure it can swing
